Founders Note
I've always been passionate about going to college, getting married, and starting a family. I married my soulmate a year after college and during the following year we began the journey to parenthood. We had no idea of the struggles we were about to endure or the devastating effects of what the future would hold. A year after unsuccessful pregnancy attempts, we sought help from an fertility specialist. After five years of treatments my husband and I became the proud parents of a healthy and beautiful son.
Our journey to parenthood continues... After many tests, blood work, infertility drugs, artificial inseminations, IVF cycles, and a misscarriage we received the most devastating news of all, Cancer.
Four months after another failed Invitro, I was diagnosed with Cancer. The news was shocking. It left us devastated.
Today, I am a Cancer Survivor and Mother. I am also a volunteer and patient advocate.
I'm passionate about opening a center on Long Island that will be a stepping stone for the many others who need help dealing with their infertility; providing them a chance at emotional wellness.
