Smoke-Free Backyards Across America
In an effort to raise awareness to the Serious Health Risk associated with Secondhand Smoke we've decided to ask each family in America to make their backyard SMOKE-FREE.
A safe place for children to play.
There is no risk-free level of secondhand smoke exposure.

FACTS
According to the CDC:
- Secondhand smoke is related to low birth weight babies, asthma, respiratory infections and inner ear infections in children and slows their lung growth.
- Secondhand smoke exposure causes heart disease and lung cancer in nonsmoking adults.
- Secondhand smoke causes more frequent and severe asthma attacks in children.
- 40% of smoke is inhaled by the smoker; 60% is inhaled by YOU!
